In this role, you will provide excellent leadership, management, and coaching within your local market to achieve Bank OZK’s strategic goals. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field, or commensurate work experience, required5+ years business development and leadership experience in a financial institution required7+ years lending work experience, involving strong credit acumen, requiredProven, consistent achievement of business development goals and financial targets requiredSolid experience managing, leading and coaching professionals requiredComprehensive knowledge of bank products/services, lending/fair lending, collateral management, and regulations requiredNMLS, or successful completion of NMLS process within 45 days of hire, required
