Revenue Growth: Leading corporate sales within the region both directly and through the dealer channel and meet profitability targets.Account Management: Identifying and targeting key new accounts, including global corporations, and maintaining long-term client relations to ensure repeat business.Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engaging with Architect & Design (A&D) firms, Managed space providers, and Project Management Consultants to secure product specifications and collaborate internally with operations team and Dealer partners to deliver the projects ‘on-time’ and ‘on-budget’.Channel & Dealer Management
Network Expansion: Appointing, training, and growing the dealer network to ensure high standards of product knowledge and professionalism.Retail Strategy: Building and ensuring a seamless retail experience for customers, both online and offline.Market Strategy & Execution
Regional Strategy: Establishing objectives and developing localized strategies for key markets – Chennai, Kerala & Sri Lanka.Product Launches: Managing the introduction and marketing of new products to the regional market.Consulting Services: Promoting workplace consulting services with strategic regional accounts.Qualifications & Experience
