**Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations may be asked to work in person: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, or Scottsdale, AZ.** **Position Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Market Researcher to lead initiatives focused on understanding and improving the experience of healthcare providers within our provider network with an additional focus on opportunities to partner with medical societies, key medical groups, government and non-governmental agencies. This role will design and execute qualitative and quantitative research studies—including surveys, interviews, and focus groups—to gather actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance provider satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** Research Design & Execution + Develop and implement comprehensive research plans to assess provider experience. + Design, distribute, and analyze surveys targeting physicians, clinics, and healthcare systems. + Conduct in-depth interviews and facilitate focus groups with providers to explore pain points and opportunities for improvement. Data Analysis & Reporting + Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights. + Synthesize findings into clear, compelling reports and presentations for the board and other key internal stakeholders. Stakeholder Collaboration + Partner with cross-functional teams including Provider Relations, Operations, Product, and Customer Experience to align research with business goals. + Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives. Continuous Improvement + Maintain a pulse on industry best practices and emerging methodologies in provider experience research. + Recommend and implement improvements to research tools, processes, and technologies. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or equivalent work experience required. + 5+ years of experience in applied research, preferably in healthcare or insurance required. + Proven expertise in survey design, qualitative interviewing, and data analysis. + Proficiency with tools such as Verint, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or similar required. + Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights required. + Experience working with healthcare providers or within a payer organization is highly desirable. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with journey mapping or service design. + Experience with project management process and tools like Wrike, MS Project or similar. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 117,800 - 196,400 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
