Market Delivery Warehouse Associates are responsible for unloading and staging XDT deliveries, managing inventory by utilizing warehouse management system (WMS), assembling products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key Responsibilities

Work with internal and external customersPerform all WMS system functions (shipping, receiving, dispatching) using handheld scanning deviceNavigate and utilize all applicable systems (MS Office, Blue Yonder, Genesis, My Red Vest)Complete inventory cycle counts and auditsComplete Return to Manufacturer (RTM) program which includes all paperwork, vendor contact, and creditProcess and disposition damaged, discontinued, defective, special order, canceled productGenerate and monitor reports including RTM worklist and damaged on hand listMaintain continuous dialogue with the 3PL partner to address and resolve claims (customer and cargo), updates Lowe’s claims portalProcess vendor credit for items returned by customers as damaged or defective and requests vendor return authorizationsUnload and receive inbound product from DC and Vendor direct shipments (appliances, grills, OPE), notifying leadership of any discrepancies or damages- will potentially require forklift certificationStage next day deliveries and put away of future deliveriesManage and audit product staging lanes, including but not limited to RTV, quarantine, and deliveryParticipate in key recycling programs (OPE Batteries)Process trash, cardboard, Styrofoam using applicable Lowe’s Recycling equipment (baler, densifier, trash compactor)Complete assembly and pre-delivery inspection process for applicable product (OPE, Grills, patio)

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

1-2 Years 1 year Directly Related Experience

Schedule Requirements

Various shift options are available Monday-Sunday. Flexible work availability is required, as a preferred schedule is not guaranteed.
