This is a high-visibility, high-impact role that combines data analytics, competitive intelligence, and AI-powered market research to provide strategic insight into where we should go next. You’ll be responsible for building long-range market outlooks and supporting go-to-market decisions for new verticals, technologies, and regions. Key Responsibilities: Market Intelligence & Opportunity Discovery • Identify, research, and analyze emerging markets, industry shifts, and customer trends using tools like IBISWorld, PitchBook, Dodge, ConstructConnect, and Statista. • Monitor economic and industry indicators that influence capital project development cycles (e.g., energy, data centers, utilities, industrials). • Generate long-range forecasts and multi-year opportunity roadmaps with a 2–3 year strategic foresight window. AI-Driven Research & Process Automation • Leverage generative AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to streamline competitive research, summarize reports, and support content creation. • Develop and refine repeatable, AI-assisted processes to accelerate insight generation and reduce time-to-decision. Data Analysis & Visualization • Build and maintain dynamic dashboards and models using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools that support market segmentation, TAM/SAM/SOM sizing, and trend tracking. • Translate raw data into actionable narratives for executive and commercial stakeholders. Strategic Collaboration & Reporting • Collaborate cross-functionally with estimating, engineering, marketing, and business development teams to align recommendations with operational and commercial capacity. • Deliver quarterly market outlook reports, strategic briefs, and data-driven recommendations for expansion opportunities. • Support long-term growth planning by contributing to annual strategy cycles and investment evaluations. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
