Market Access Operations Manager
**Job Title:** Market Access Operations Manager **Location:** Cambridge, MA or Morristown, NJ **About the Job** The Manager, Market Access Operations plays a critical role within the U.S. Market Access organization. This role is focused on enabling effective communication, collaboration, and governance across cross-functional teams, driving operational excellence, and supporting strategic initiatives including critical customer meetings (AMCP and PCMA). Reporting to the Head of Market Access Strategy and Operations, this position partners closely with internal stakeholders, including the Market Access training team, communications leads, field leadership, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at distilling and communicating information clearly across a variety of audiences and formats. We chase the miracles of science every single day, pursuing progress to make a real impact on millions of patients around the world. **Main Responsibilities** **Project Management:** **Support and lead the execution of key Market Access projects by developing timelines, tracking milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders.** **Governance & Team Coordination:** **Support the planning and execution of Market Access governance (e.g., One Market Access meetings and POAs, training sessions), including materials preparation and follow-ups.
