**Position: Marine Electrician**
**Overview**
We are looking for an experienced marine electrician to join our team working on aircraft carrier elevator systems. This role involves electrical installation, troubleshooting, and interpreting technical diagrams in a dynamic shipyard environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Install and maintain electrical systems for elevator units aboard naval vessels.
+ Diagnose and resolve wiring and electrical issues.
+ Read and apply blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
+ Perform conduit bending, cable pulling, and routing tasks.
+ Ensure proper installation of electrical components and assemblies.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Previous experience as an electrician in a marine or shipyard setting.
+ Strong knowledge of wiring, troubleshooting, and electrical repair.
+ Ability to interpret complex schematics and diagrams.
+ Skilled in conduit installation and cable management.
**Preferred Skills**
+ Familiarity with shipyard safety protocols and working conditions.
+ Comfortable working in varied environments, including confined spaces and outdoor areas.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bremerton, WA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
