Job Description

Aerotek is currently hiring for electricians with shipboard marine experience. The pay is $33-$35 an hour and $700 a week in tax free per diem. All candidates with experience as navy electronic techs, electricians mate, and interior communications experience are encouraged to apply.

Location: Hollywood, SC about 30 minutes outside of Charleston, SC

Job Duties:

Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions in marine vesselsInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components in a marine environmentEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations and standardsPerform routine inspections and maintenance to prevent potential electrical issuesProvide technical support to crew members and other team members as neededDocument all electrical repairs and maintenance activities in accordance with company policiesTrain and mentor junior electricians as neededProvide on-call support for emergency repairs and maintenance as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
