Job Description

Seeking a skilled electrician to work on elevator units aboard aircraft carriers, handling tasks such as wiring, troubleshooting, blueprint interpretation, and installation.

Responsibilities

Perform wiring and troubleshooting on elevator units.Interpret and work with blueprints and schematics.Install electrical components and systems on ships.Conduct conduit installation and cable pulling.Perform conduit bending and electrical wiring tasks.

Essential Skills

Experience as an electrician on ships.Proficiency in wiring and troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Experience in conduit installation and cable pulling.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Familiarity with shipyard environments.

Work Environment

You will be working in a shipyard at PSNS, both outdoors and inside the ship. Be prepared for various weather conditions including rain, sun, and snow. The shift is from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bremerton, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
