Job Title: Marine Electrician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marine Electrician with at least three to four years of experience working on ships, specifically in cable pulling and panel wiring. The role involves traveling throughout the United States for various assignments.

ResponsibilitiesRemove old cabling systems and install new ones, MCTs, running wiresWork collaboratively under the guidance of ships commanEnsure all safety protocols are followed, including the use of hard hats, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses.Essential SkillsMinimum of three to four years experience as a Marine Electrician or Electronic Technician.Proficiency in cable pulling and wiring panels.Experience with MCTs.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least three years of experience working on a ship.Work Environment

The position involves working at BAE Shipyard in Norfolk and other locations on Southside. Travel work is required, with safety attire mandatory, including hard hats, steel-toed boots, and safety glasses.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
