As the "face of the docks," you’ll be the hero of the harbor—handling everything from watercraft valet service and jet docks to ensuring our guests have a safe, smooth, and spectacular start to their lake day. Qualifications

Certifications: Must have a current Boater’s Safety Certification.

Age & Licensing: Minimum age of 16 years with a current Driver’s License and a satisfactory motor vehicle report.

Experience: Previous customer service experience is required to maintain our high resort standards.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and inventory software, with strong basic math and reasoning abilities.

Personality: We need team-oriented, outgoing, and solution-oriented individuals who genuinely enjoy working with people.

Professionalism: Must maintain a positive attitude, professional image, and strict adherence to resort grooming and hygiene standards.

Essential Functions

Guest Ambition: Greet and assist members and guests with a friendly, "can-do" disposition.

Fleet Management: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our entire rental fleet, docks, and slips.

Watercraft Valet: Assist members with gas and valet boats/watercraft to and from the docks (safely navigating at idle speed).

Dock Operations: Manage daily opening and closing procedures and assist Hut personnel with WaveRunner launches, returns, and oil checks.

High-Energy Service: Maintain professional composure in a high-stress, fast-paced environment to maximize rentals and retail sales.

Team Support: Anticipate guest needs and assist the Fleet and Marina Managers with any additional duties to keep the docks running smoothly.

Physical & Mental Requirements

Outdoor Stamina: Ability to work outside in the sun and stay active throughout your shift.

Safety First: Must be able to comprehend all safety materials and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for watercraft handling.

Team Spirit: Contribute to a quality work environment through exceptional communication and organizational skills.
