YOUR IMPACT

Are you passionate about customer service? Do you have experience in delivering and designing training across large organisations? We are seeking an experienced and dynamic L&D Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. As an L&D Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering and evaluating training programs to enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our employees. You will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within Marcus.

What you’ll do:

Schedule and deliver training sessions on various topics, such as customer service, product knowledge and company policiesFacilitate training sessions, maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment, and adapting delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and participant needs.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements to enhance training outcomes.Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs)to identify training needs and develop comprehensive learning objectives.Assist the team by creating training materials for classroom and eLearning modulesStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in learning technologies to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of training programs.Collaborate with HR and departmental leaders to support the onboarding of new employees and the ongoing development of existing staff members.Maintain training records and reports, tracking training participation, effectiveness, and impact on employee performance.

REQUIREMENTS 

Experienced trainer who has excellent training and facilitation skills, with an understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training evaluation techniquesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Analytical mindset with the ability to collect and analyze data to measure training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other software to deliver high quality materials Product knowledge across Banking and Savings within retail banking 

Qualifications

Minimum 1 years' experience in a Learning and Development delivery role Customer service / Learning & Development TAP training qualification or similarCIPD Level 3 in Learning & Development
