The Role
We are seeking a creative, organised and analytical Content Marketing Manager (Associate) to join our Marketing team. This role will be based in Dublin[JS1] . You’ll develop and deliver strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement for Marcus by Goldman Sachs UK, creating compelling content tailored to our audiences and brand voice. [JS2] We are looking for someone that is an excellent storyteller, works best in a fast-paced environment and combines a genuine interest in marketing with excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagementCreate and curate high-quality, engaging, and informative content (articles, reports, infographics) that aligns with the company's brand voice and target audienceCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including research, product, and fraud, to ensure content supports business objectives and customer needsManage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent publication of content across various digital platforms and channelsOversee the PR agency to help create engaging press releases, pitch stories to media outlets, and develop relationships with journalists and influencers to enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with research teams to inform and build out content roadmaps that resonate with target audiencesWork with internal and agency stakeholders to manage PR initiatives Conduct research to identify trends, customer insights, and content opportunities that can inform and improve marketing strategiesOptimise content for SEO to increase visibility and organic traffic to our website Measure and analyse the performance of content marketing initiatives using analytics tools, and provide actionable insights to optimise future contentStay up to date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in content marketing, particularly in the financial services sectorExperience and skills:
Candidates should have approximately 5 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on financial services or a related industryProven expertise in creating and managing PR content, including articles and long-form pieces, to enhance brand visibility and engagementStrong skills in content activation, ensuring that content reaches the right audience through effective distribution channelsExperience in writing and editing copy for CMS and website platforms, maintaining a consistent and compelling tone of voiceAbility to develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and drive customer acquisition and retentionTrack record of managing successful content campaigns, from ideation to execution, with measurable resultsExperience in agency management, including the ability to collaborate with external partners and vendors to deliver high-quality contentProficiency in leveraging content across multiple markets, with the ability to localise and adapt content to meet regional needs
