Key Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to a team. If you have any of the following skills, we want to hear from you!

Foundational Skills (Required)

Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Ability to read and interpret basic work orders, SOPs, and instructions

Proficiency using basic hand tools, power tools, and measuring tapes

Basic math skills and the ability to perform accurate measurements

High attention to detail with a focus on quality control and inspection

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to strict safety procedures and the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Advanced Skills (Preferred for some positions)

Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings

Experience with soldering, welding (MIG/TIG), or metal fabrication

Familiarity with CNC machinery, automated systems, or robotics

Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)

Previous experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC)

Prior experience in specialized environments (Automotive, Aerospace, or Medical Device manufacturing)

Forklift certification or experience with material handling equipment
