Manufacturing Welder
**Job Title: Welder** Job Description As a TIG Welder, you will be responsible for welding metal components to fabricate or repair products according to blueprints or work orders. You will utilize both brazing and a variety of arc and gas welding processes. Responsibilities + Weld metal parts using gas and any combination of arc welding processes. + Operate arc or gas welding equipment along with atmospheric control equipment for hand welding operations in all positions. + Ensure compliance with mechanical strength specifications for diverse components, assemblies, and products made of steel, stainless steel, or other metals. Essential Skills + Ability to pass employer performance or standard tests to meet weld requirements. + Proficiency in fitting and grinding assembly parts as needed. + Experience with TIG welding and reading blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Willingness to learn the entire welding process. + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. + Strong team-oriented mindset. Why Work Here? The role requires effective communication and teamwork. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
