**Job Title: Entry Level Maintenance** **Job Description** Looking for Mechanics that want to get into manufacturing! **Responsibilities** + Operates all machines in the Folding Department + Examines work orders to determine specifications. + Inspects product quality according to quality guidelines. + Checks orders throughout production to ensure accuracy of labeling, printing, and packaging. + **Performs hands-on daily machine maintenance, changeovers, and set-up of machines.** + **Minor machine repairs.** + **Troubleshoots** minor operating difficulties includinganalyzing machine operations, inspecting of products, and making necessary mechanical adjustments to eliminate quality variations and mechanical malfunctions. + Performs machine wash-up and other general cleaning duties. + Accurately completes paperwork to record labor, time, and quality. + Maintains accurate count of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and pallets. + Packs envelopes uniformly and neatly into completed containers while keeping up with machine speeds. + Place die-cut paper stacks into the machine feed. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
