Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician I, you will perform essential functions associated with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) manufacturing operations within a biologics production facility. Key responsibilities include cleaning the facility daily, stocking areas with necessary supplies, and executing glass wash and autoclave cycles. Preferred candidates will have familiarity with pharmaceutical production and cleanroom activities. This role requires a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with strong communication and writing skills, capable of adapting to changing work priorities. You will maintain records of cleaning activities, including schedules and procedures, and collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning schedules without disrupting operations. Following all safety protocols, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE), is crucial. You should be comfortable working in various environmental conditions, including controlled environments, and report any safety hazards or compliance issues to management promptly. Additionally, you will perform administrative tasks such as creating, reviewing logbooks, checking inventory, and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The work environment is within a cleanroom and manufacturing facility, involving adherence to strict protocols and procedures to ensure safety and compliance. You will be working in controlled environments and must be comfortable handling cleaning chemicals and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

This is a Contract position based out of Irvine, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
