**Job Description**
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for setting up and operating complex or precision processes. You will test products using equipment such as Network Analyzers and provide technical support and oversight to ensure production meets quality, cost, and on-time delivery goals. Your role will involve resolving production issues through root-cause analysis and establishing corrective actions, building and testing engineering samples and prototypes, participating in continuous improvement activities, overseeing R&D production runs, and developing, maintaining, and updating work instructions and related documentation.

**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate complex or precision processes.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a stable and expanding facility that has recently undergone a cultural revamp. The workplace is clean, temperature-controlled, and well-organized, with a cafeteria area and multiple cell areas handling various aspects of production. Important schedules and metrics are displayed on screens throughout the facility. The team consists of about 90 employees on the first shift and 25 on the second shift. We have openings for two positions on the first shift (6:30 am-3:30 pm) and three on the second shift (2:45 pm-11:00 pm), with initial training on the first shift for 1-3 months. Please note that overtime is voluntary, but consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pottstown, PA.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
