Job Description
The Manufacturing Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and optimal performance of production equipment. This hands-on position focuses on routine maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and learning plant systems while collaborating closely with experienced maintenance and production team members.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Support equipment startups and daily production operations.Maintain spare parts, tools, and maintenance areas.Work with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.Follow safety procedures, including LOTO, and best practices.Assist with equipment tear-downs, repairs, and reassembly.Participate in training to build skills specific to the facility and equipment.Essential Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices.Willingness to learn and follow safety standards.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.Strong teamwork and communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Maintenance or hands-on experience in manufacturing, industrial, facilities, or similar environments.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment includes multiple facilities on one plot of land, featuring a dedicated maintenance shop. Due to the nature of working with magnesium, certain safety protocols may require that tasks be performed in separate buildings.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
