Manufacturing Technician
**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description** Excel with simple hand tools and machinery as a professional Assembler. Engage in RF testing and troubleshooting, utilizing various equipment. Showcase proficiency with surface mount soldering skills and demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination and adherence to safety protocols. Assemble components and integrated systems by accurately reading schematics and engineering drawings. **Responsibilities** + Utilize a microscope for extended periods. + Perform equipment maintenance and auxiliary shop duties as instructed. + Conserve resources and supplies to minimize waste. + Demonstrate quality-focused workmanship and take ownership of tasks. + Determine location, position, accuracy of fit, and conformity to contour of parts and assemblies by executing assembly prints. + Foster and maintain professional and productive relationships with peers. + Familiarize yourself with the tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment as necessary. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of RF experience + Proficiency in surface mount soldering + Experience with RF and QFM (Quasi-Frequency Modulation) + Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics + Experience using basic test tools such as a multimeter **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with semi-automatic pick & place machines + Building ribbon flex coax cables, semi-rigid cables, RF cables, modules, and chassis + Feed through soldering + ESD Awareness + IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification is a plus **Why Work Here?** Join a rapidly growing company with a niche-specific focus that has consistently won government contracts, ensuring long-term production stability and ample room for career growth and upward mobility.
