Manufacturing Technician
**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician** **Job Description & Responsibilities** + Execute manufacturing batch records and SOPs with precision and safety. + Document all activities to comply with cGMP requirements. + Maintain cGMP compliance and follow all safety procedures. + Complete preventative maintenance and address work notification tasks promptly. + Conduct equipment testing and routine troubleshooting of process and analytical equipment. + Draft, review, and revise necessary documents. + Perform in-process analytical testing as needed. + Maintain raw materials inventory using systems such as Kanban. + Keep training records up to date. + Participate in safety inspections, improvement projects, and shift exchanges. + Engage in lean activities and attend necessary meetings to support area needs. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. + High school degree required. + Experience in manufacturing and/or GMP environment. + Knowledge of cGMP practices, aseptic techniques, or chemical concepts. + Mechanical skills, analytical skills, method automation, and proficiency in MS Office. + Strong math, prioritization skills, and results-driven mindset. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. + Able to work independently and as part of a team, and effectively multitask. + Capable of recognizing and addressing developing problems. + Safety-focused with a strong communication ability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with food, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing. + Understanding of the 'why' behind processes and practices. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company that is a great place to work, located in St. Louis.
