Job Description
As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for producing and packaging various products in line with company policies and procedures. You will follow good manufacturing and documentation practices, adhering to industry standards. Completing all necessary quality paperwork, such as work orders and cleaning logs, and maintaining a safety-first mindset is crucial in this role.
ResponsibilitiesProduce and package products in accordance with company policies and procedures.Follow good manufacturing and documentation practices and relevant industry standards.Complete quality paperwork, including work orders and cleaning logs.Adhere to safety and health regulations and promote a safety-first mindset.Ensure organized storage of work in progress with proper lot designation and product status.Maintain cleanliness in the facility and production area.Evaluate and suggest improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.Perform additional tasks as assigned.Essential SkillsExperience in production, cleanroom, general labor, machine operation, and general production.Skills in packing, medical assembly, assembly, microscope usage, packaging, inspection, and hand tool use.Experience in machine operating.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Related experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.Moderate computer skills and ability to perform general math computations.Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.Ability to take initiative to solve open-ended problems.Reasonable level of manual dexterity.Ability to lift/move up to approximately 40 lbs.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a small manufacturing facility with one machine running, producing Polyurethane foam (PU foam) to support a major product manufactured at a primary facility in Connecticut.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Delaware.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
