**Job Title: Manufacturing Technician**
**Job Description**
As a Technician, you will ensure the production line operates smoothly for every product during the run. Your role will involve adding and adjusting equipment for product runs, staging products, and cleaning/sanitizing after each run. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and will recommend machine corrections if issues are observed. You will assist and work on the line during production and receive cross-training.
**Responsibilities**
+ Ensure the production line runs smoothly for each product.
+ Add and adjust equipment as needed for product runs.
+ Stage products and clean/sanitize the production area after each run.
+ Recommend and implement corrections for machine issues.
+ Assist and work on the production line during runs.
+ Participate in cross-training for various line tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in line setup and operation.
+ Mechanical inclination and ability to use hand tools.
+ Technical skills in machine operation and production line work.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 1 year of experience in machine operation
+ Leadership experience in manufacturing is a plus but not mandatory.

**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.50/hr.
