Our client, a leading biotechnology and genomics solutions provider, is seeking a Manufacturing Technical Support Specialist to join their team. As a Manufacturing Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting Production, Quality, Life Cycle Management (LCM), and Process Engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and clear communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Technical Support Specialist
Location: Hayward, CA
Pay Range: $31/hour

What’s the Job? Analyze production data to identify trends and improve efficiency, product quality, and cost. Support validation activities and act as SME for MES/eDHR processes and system changes. Troubleshoot non‑conformances and collaborate cross‑functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, and LCM. Create or revise quality documents (work instructions, procedures, PFMEAs, test methods, batch records). Test next‑generation DNA sequencing instruments and support continuous improvement initiatives.What’s Needed? High school diploma or GED required; STEM coursework or BS in Engineering/Chem/Bio/Physics preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
