Job Title: Manufacturing Tech- 2nd shift 3:00pm-11:30pm

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Tech to join our team and assist in various aspects of the production process. The role involves supporting machine operators, adhering to safety regulations, manually handling materials, and contributing to the mixing, blending, and compounding of products. The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals and will be comfortable working in an environment with diverse flavors.

ResponsibilitiesAssist machine operators with offloading materials.Abide by all safety regulations and rules.Manually move buckets and vats of flavors.Assist with the mixing, blending, and compounding of products.Perform various duties around the facility to assist while people are out.Clean the facility and bowls after food production.Use a tablet for work-related tasks.Use beard mask or have no beard at all for safety.Lift 50+ lbs on a consistent basis.Essential SkillsExperience in mixing, lifting, production, and manufacturing.Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations.Material handling and compounding skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals.Comfortable reading documentation and work orders.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position is based in a flavor and fragrances environment where you will encounter various smells. Proper PPE will be provided, but candidates should be comfortable with the sensory aspects of the job. The role operates on the 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime and weekend work during high production periods. This role requires flexibility and willingness to assist in various areas as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of CERRITOS, California.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
