Job Description
We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer with a strong manufacturing experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and system integrations. This role involves working with various systems including ERP (SAP), LMS, equipment and calibration databases, PLM systems like Windchill, and PLC/SCADA systems. While automation experience is a plus, it is not mandatory as the site already possesses mature automation expertise.
Responsibilities
+ Implement and manage a highly innovative MES platform (Tulip) with a modern UI and AI capabilities.
+ Drive system integrations with ERP, LMS, PLM, PLC/SCADA, and equipment calibration databases.
+ Influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with shop-floor operators, engineers, and site leadership.
+ Facilitate change management, training, and user adoption.
+ Act as an enabler and advocate for manufacturing teams, ensuring efficient system use and improvements.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
+ Proficiency in system integration, including ERP (SAP), LMS, equipment and calibration databases, PLM, and PLC/SCADA systems.
+ Strong communication skills across various levels within the organization.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in data manipulation, process improvement, and development.
+ Familiarity with Tulip, device history records (DHR), and medical device processes.
+ Comfort with change management and training initiatives.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid opportunity based in Denver with approximately 15% travel. The role offers a dynamic and collaborative environment with the chance to make a high visibility, enterprise-level impact. You will have the opportunity to shape standards for multiple future site deployments.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lakewood, CO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
