With your talent and ambition, we can do even more to protect people from infectious diseases and bring hope to patients and their families. **This position is for a Manufacturing Manager at the Sanofi Site in Pearl River, New York.** This role will focus on the manufacturing of Flublok (recombinant influenza vaccine) Drug Substance. The role will support aspects of the manufacturing process including GMP cleaning, utilities sampling, environmental monitoring, solution/media and buffer preparation prep, Daily the manager will lead and manage a dedicated team of 4 to 8 full time manufacturing operators. The manager will establish and communicate daily priorities to the team, ensuring alignment and achievement of production goals. The manager will also ensure all manufacturing areas are in a state of audit readiness and proactively address and resolve any potential issues. The manager will be accountable for ensuring all manufacturing targets are met while emphasizing Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. The manager will also serve as the department's 'Safety Champion' and spend 25% of their time supporting, promoting and coordinating with the Health and Safety team.
