Industrial Manufacturing Supervisor

Position Overview

We’re looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and manage a team of 40–50 employees, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and direct manufacturing activities during the first shiftMotivate and guide team members through coaching and constructive feedbackTrack production timelines and ensure work orders are completed on schedulePromote and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workspacePartner with the Production Manager to meet output targets and troubleshoot challengesUphold quality control standards and ensure adherence to operational protocolsDrive continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance processes and productivity

Work Environment

This role is based in a temperature-regulated manufacturing setting, offering a consistent and comfortable atmosphere year-round. You’ll benefit from a reliable Monday–Friday first shift schedule with steady hours and annual performance-based pay increases.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $78000.00/yr.
