Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a 1st Shift Manufacturing Supervisor to help oversee daily operations and lead a team of 35–40 production team members. This role is ideal for someone with a strong experience in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations on 1st shift.Provide coaching, feedback, and support to team members to ensure performance and development.Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of work orders.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Collaborate with the Production Manager to meet production goals and resolve issues.Ensure quality standards and operational procedures are followed.Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
