Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor (1st Shift)

Overview

We're looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Supervisor to lead our 1st shift operations and manage a team of 35–40 production staff. This position is perfect for someone with a solid background in manufacturing, strong leadership abilities, and a sharp focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day production activities during the 1st shiftGuide and support team members through coaching and performance feedbackTrack production timelines and ensure on-time completion of tasksUphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspacePartner with the Production Manager to achieve output targets and troubleshoot issuesEnforce quality control and operational protocolsSpot areas for process optimization and drive improvements

Qualifications & Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detailMinimum of two years in a supervisory or management role
