To take on a technically challenging and operationally impactful role within our Assembly division. This position is ideal for professionals with strong mechanical expertise who can independently manage complex assembly tasks, mentor junior assemblers, and drive continuous improvements in quality, safety, and productivity.

You will work hands-on with advanced tooling, diagnostic technology, and heavy equipment systems while serving as a subject-matter resource for the team. This role also provides opportunities for leadership responsibilities and potential team lead assignments.
