Job Title: Experienced Manufacturing Associate (Days and Nights available)

Job Description

This role supports a 24/7 operation using a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule. The position is fully onsite in Holly Springs, NC, initially contracted for one year with the possibility of extension. The operation runs with four rotating shift teams, A, B, C, and D, which rotate through two fixed 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule, working two days, off two days, and working three days. The night shift operates from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM. The Experienced Manufacturing Associate provides advanced operational support and on-shift leadership for material handling activities within manufacturing. In addition to executing hands-on material handling responsibilities, this role leads daily shift execution, owns investigations and CAPAs, supports controlled document updates, and serves as a primary point of contact for issue resolution and escalation. This position plays a key role in driving compliance, consistency, and execution excellence across the shift.

Responsibilities

Perform all responsibilities of the Manufacturing/Material Handling Associate role.Lead daily shift execution, including work assignments, task prioritization, and follow-up on action items.Own and manage deviations, safety investigations, and safety CAPAs, ensuring high-quality documentation and timely closure.Provide clear, detailed issue descriptions and root cause input to support Quality and Safety investigations.Revise, review, and support updates to SOPs, work instructions, and other controlled documents.Serve as a primary point of contact for inventory discrepancies, issue resolution, and escalations.Communicate operational status, risks, and priorities to site leadership and cross-functional partners.Participate in Tier 1 (Tiered Accountability) meetings, including reporting metrics, trends, and actions.Mentor and support Associate-level team members on best practices, compliance expectations, and operational standards.Ensure consistent application of cGMP, safety, and data integrity requirements across the shift.

Work Environment

The work environment is fully onsite in Holly Springs, NC, supporting a 24/7 operation with a 2-2-3 rotating shift schedule. The day shift operates from 5:45am-6:16pm and night shift operates from 5:45 PM to 6:15 AM. The facility maintains a focus on cGMP, safety, and data integrity, ensuring a consistent and compliant operational atmosphere

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
