Manufacturing Quality Auditor
Manpower is hiring for a Quality Auditor who will be reviewing and evaluating quality management systems, processes, and products to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement. **What’s in it for you:** + Work Schedule **:** 6pm – 6:15amEvery other Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday + Pay Rate:$20/hr. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** + **Conducting Audits:** Perform systematic and independent reviews of processes, procedures, and documentation to assess adherence to quality standards and regulations. + **Identifying Issues:** Detect discrepancies, non-conformances, and potential weaknesses in quality systems. + **Analyzing Data:** Evaluate data and metrics related to quality performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. + **Developing Recommendations:** Provide actionable recommendations and solutions to address identified issues and enhance quality processes. + **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare detailed audit reports, documenting findings, conclusions, and recommendations. + **Following Up:** Ensure that corrective actions are implemented and verified to address identified issues. + **Staying Updated:** Remain current with industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulations in the field of quality management. + **Collaborating:** Work with various departments and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met. + **Ensuring Compliance:** Verify that processes and products meet quality requirements and regulatory standards. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED + Experience working within a manufacturing environment + Ability to perform data entry + Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts + Ability to pull, push, carry up to 15 pounds ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
