**Pay Rate: $23–$25 per hour**
**Schedule:** **1st Shift:** Monday–Friday, 7:00AM–3:45PM or **2nd Shift:** Monday–Thursday, 4:00PM–3:00AM
**Assignment Length:** Temp-to-Hire
We’re hiring **1st & 2nd shift Manufacturing Programmer/Technicians positions** for our client, a leader in electronics manufacturing. These roles pay **$23–$25 per hour** and are, **long‑term, temp-to-hire opportunities** with potential for growth.
This position is a **hands-on, highly technical role** where you will program, operate, and optimize repair and rework equipment while serving as the **primary expert** for equipment performance, repair processes, and line‑down troubleshooting. **If you enjoy a blend of technical skill, problem‑solving, and process improvement, this is a great opportunity.**
**Typical daily duties:**
+ Program, operate, and optimize repair and rework equipment
+ Serve as first point of contact for equipment performance and process troubleshooting
+ Support continuous improvement through lean and Six Sigma practices
**What we’re looking for:**
+ 2‑year electronics degree + 4 years of direct experience, **or** 8+ years in an equivalent technical role
+ Training or experience with lean manufacturing and/or Six Sigma
+ Strong familiarity with Surface Mount Technology (SMT/SMD) machinery (strongly preferred)
