Job Description

The General Production Worker is a position in our Extrusion department. As a Downstream Operator, you will utilize standard tools and measuring devices to ensure that the final product meets customer specifications and to catch any basic abnormalities. You will be mainly responsible for making sure the final product is being wrapped around the reel in an even and neat manner while maintaining a check on the quality of the product.

Work Environment

You will be working in a clean, non-climate controlled manufacturing facility. The position involves 12-hour shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am. The schedule operates on a 2-2-3 rotation, with one week consisting of 48 hours and the next week consisting of 36 hours. The environment is team-oriented.

This is a Contract position based out of Salt Lake City, Utah.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
