 Your Role and Responsibilities


In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer with a focus on Electricity to analyze our products from an electrical perspective, taking downstream manufacturing processes into account.
We are seeking someone who can assess specifications, collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams, and propose improvements that optimize production efficiency and quality.
Your work will be key to ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with all required technical documentation.

Design the product’s electrical interconnections with downstream manufacturing processes in mind, and prepare the required procurement documentationAnalyzes product specifications and clarifies product requirements and manufacturing aspects with accountable R&D, Engineering and/or Product Management.Develops and calculates product modifications needed to increase efficiency of production and contributes to re-engineering.Provides detailed information on product specifications and on pieces and parts needed for product completion.Plans equipment layout, tools and IT programs needed, and designs or contributes to design the manufacturing workflow. Cooperates in these aspects with other respective Engineers.Analyzes manufacturing sequences during pilot series and test and analyzes manufacturability of pre-series samples. May recommend product changes and implement production amendments.Conducts improvements projects on site or unit level, and liaises with other engineering functions, external vendors or service providers.Ensures appropriate process and product documentation.

Qualifications for the Role

A degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Electricity or a similar fieldAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in related technical activitiesSolid skills in EPLAN Harness and CATIAAdditional knowledge of CREO and PLM is a plusB2-level EnglishSkills: Analytical, proactive, communicative, operative and flexibility
