MUST HAVE
Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement.Manufacturing engineering and process engineering expertise.Demonstrated process optimization experience of current lines and equipment, including data collection, analysis, solution, and implementation.Ability to create processes and documentation from the ground up for new equipment and train operators.5+ years of hands-on mechanical and analytical experience in a production environment.Ability to manage assigned projects and follow through on process improvement procedures.Experience with MS Office Suite and SolidWorks.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in engineering, ideally Manufacturing Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.CNC programming and setup experience is a plus.SPC experience desired.Injection molding or oxide equipment experience is very nice to have.Job Description
The Process Engineer is responsible for creating, analyzing, and implementing successful manufacturing processes to increase efficiency for existing lines and new equipment.
Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot current processes.Recommend and implement new processes to decrease costs, increase efficiency, improve quality, and improve safety.Collaborate with industry experts, production personnel, and other internal resources to perform research, design, and development of manufacturing processes, including production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment.Document processes and train production employees.Create process drawings and inspection sheets following engineering standards.Write work instructions for a multi-cultural workforce.Identify gaps in training and recommend internal or external training programs.Work Environment
This role is 100% onsite at the factory in Tualatin, OR. It operates Monday through Friday with a flexible start time between 6-8 AM, which must be consistent. The position requires spending a significant amount of time out on the production floor.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $98000.00/yr.
