Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer 1 to join their team. As a Manufacturing Process Engineer 1, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting production and process improvement initiatives. You need to have around 1 year of experience in **Paint process (pretreatment and chemical process) and Fanuc robotics** .
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Process Engineer 1
**Location:** Wentzville, MO
**Pay Range:** $30 - $32 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Propose and evaluate manufacturing process and equipment for assigned areas.
+ Meet plant goals and standards in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
+ Coordinate the effective use of personnel, materials, and equipment in supporting SPQRC initiatives.
+ Evaluate expenditures for processes and/or equipment.
+ Provide technical assistance and training for assigned plant operations.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related discipline.
+ 0-2 years of experience required.
+ Strong background in paint process, pretreatment and chemical process.
+ Around 1 year of experience with Fanuc Robotcs, and automation systems.
+ Expert knowledge of manufacturing and assembly processes.
+ Basic knowledge of tooling processes and automotive industry processes.
+ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Lotus Notes or similar email tools.
