Our client, an industry leader in equipment remanufacturing and warehouse operations, is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing and warehouse support team, contributing to the efficient remanufacturing, maintenance, and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong mechanical skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Manufacturing Operator
**Location:** Walpole, MA
**Pay Range:** $25
**Shift:** 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment, including Island Oasis owned and customer-owned assets.
+ Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using diagnostic tools and schematics.
+ Disassemble, clean, reassemble equipment, and replace defective components as needed.
+ Adhere to all safety policies and maintain a hazard-free work environment in the warehouse.
+ Prepare and complete warehouse orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Solid mechanical ability and knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing, and safety codes.
+ Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems independently.
+ Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.
+ Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and work in various environmental conditions.
