Manufacturing Operator
Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join their team. As a Manufacturing Operator, you will be part of the production support team, ensuring high-quality product assembly and processing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Manufacturing Operator **Location:** Bellevue, WA **Duration:** 7 Months contract **Shift Hours:** 6:00am - 2:30pm PST **What's the Job?** + Perform equipment operating and kitting duties such as assembling, filling, cleaning, inspecting, labeling, and packaging products. + Follow verbal and written instructions to meet high-quality specifications and prescribed procedures. + Use various equipment including scales, bottle fillers, pumps, sealers, and torquers to ensure proper product processing. + Utilize measuring instruments to verify conformance to specified tolerances and report quality issues to supervisors. + Work under general supervision, demonstrating reliability and accuracy in completing assigned tasks. **What's Needed?** + High School diploma or GED equivalent. + 3-5 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing or related fields. + Ability to read, follow, and understand operating procedures. + Proficiency in basic math and counting to large numbers without error. + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to report production information clearly. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. + Potential for growth and skill development within the organization. + Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality.
