Manufacturing Operator - CAN START ASAP!!!

Contract to Hire | Sanford, ME | $24/hr

We are looking for a dependable and motivated manufacturing operator to join our team in Sanford. This role involves operating machinery, following safety protocols, and performing general labor tasks in a hands-on, industrial environment. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Perform general labor tasks including packaging and material handlingLift and move items weighing over 50 lbs regularlyWork collaboratively with a small team where reliability and attendance are essentialMaintain a clean and safe work environment

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or production environmentsProficiency in machine operation and basic packaging processesBasic math skills for measurements and assessmentsComfortable working in a non-climate-controlled facilityWillingness to wear a respirator and follow safety gear requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous industrial or physically demanding work experienceStrong attendance record and team-oriented mindsetAbility to adapt to seasonal temperature changes in the facility

Work Environment:

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
