Job Title: Manufacturing Operator

Job Description

As a Manufacturing Operator, you will have a basic understanding of mechanical machinery and the operating principles of control systems. You will be responsible for following batch records and executing batch record and logbook documentation with accuracy and detail.

ResponsibilitiesOperate pharmaceutical production machinery and execute procedures for manufacturing such as mixing, coating, granulating, and encapsulating.Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and setup as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Prepare rooms and equipment for line clearance, replace filters, verify and calibrate equipment, and check room pressure.Ensure all unused materials and products are returned according to regulations.Follow safety regulations and quality standards consistently.Essential SkillsExperience in production, assembly, and machine operation.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Familiarity with granulating, coating, and encapsulating processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or packaging roles.Work Environment

This position operates during the second shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. The role involves working with production equipment and requires adherence to safety and quality standards.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $54080.00/yr.
