Manufacturing Operations Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manufacturing Operations Manager to coordinate and lead manufacturing operations across multiple production lines. This role is responsible for driving daily execution, continuous improvement, team development, and operational excellence while meeting production, quality, cost, and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and effective production performance.

Facilitate Cross-Functional Team (CFT) meetings to drive daily operations and establish clear manufacturing priorities.

Collaborate with Business Unit (BU) team leads to sustain and continuously improve 5S standards and practices.

Lead and execute efficiency roadmap initiatives across multiple manufacturing lines.

Develop BU team leads and support leadership development programs for line leaders.

Drive continuous improvement of training programs for manufacturing personnel.

Oversee production prioritization based on new product introductions, equipment performance, and material availability.

Lead manufacturing resource planning activities to support operational goals.

Develop and implement production-area initiatives to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Participate in budget planning and provide input for budgetary recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field preferred).

Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a manufacturing environment.

Demonstrated accountability for achieving goals, performance standards, and operational results.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple competing priorities.

Strong communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities.

Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

High personal and professional ethical standards with strong integrity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels, including suppliers and external customers.

Knowledge of manufacturing systems and continuous improvement methodologies such as 5S, DMAIC, and Kanban is a strong advantage.
