Manufacturing Manager
Job Title: Manufacturing ManagerJob Description

The Manufacturing Manager will oversee the Manufacturing Division, ensuring effective and efficient use of facilities and staff.

ResponsibilitiesOversee the recruitment, hiring, and training of manufacturing employees.Manage schedules and assignments for staff.Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.Ensure production, performance, and quality standards are consistently met.Monitor production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.Ensure a healthy and safe working environment in compliance with federal and state regulations.Assist with long-range operating goals, expansion efforts, and daily operations tasks.Identify and share training opportunities for staff to build and improve skills.Organize departmental management structure and teams for optimal, efficient operations.Collaborate with the VP of Finance on capital expenses and operation costs.Deliver progress and production reports to executive team members.Supervise equipment purchase, maintenance, and layout.Perform other related duties as assigned.Essential SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and managerial skills.Thorough understanding of manufacturing policies and practices.Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them effectively.Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.Additional Skills & QualificationsAt least ten years of experience in manufacturing management.Work Environment

This is a Permanent position based out of Clayton, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

401(k) and Roth to eligible employees with 2% match \nhealth insurance to eligible employees; this position qualifies for the Company’s plan. BlueCross / BlueShield\nIn addition, dental, long term / short disability, and life insurance available to qualified employees.\nYou will be eligible for Paid Time Off-3 weeks for this position plus 3 sick days for a total of 144 hours.\nYou will receive 11 paid holidays in accordance with the Company’s practices.
