Responsibilities The Opportunity Applies comprehensive knowledge of the Manufacturing Process Operations area to independently execute complex tasks and contribute to decision-making around strategy execution. May mentor and/or manage associates to ensure work is completed in an accurate and timely manner, providing guidance or support as needed. Responsible for managing or performing work associated with converting raw materials and components into finished goods. Your Impact This job applies advanced knowledge of Manufacturing Process Operations area processes to independently execute and facilitate complex tasks and initiatives, identifying solutions to complex problems requiring investigation and analysis. Guides the execution of established manufacturing workflows, emphasizing precision and efficiency. Supports the creation and refinement of production schedules to align with operational demands. Addresses equipment and process challenges to sustain optimal manufacturing output. Provides coaching and feedback to team members and support career planning and capability building. Encourages teamwork to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality expectations. Implements initiatives to optimize the material conversion pipeline for greater efficiency. Facilitates the timely execution of area processes, guiding associates on best practice techniques to ensure organizational standards of excellence are met. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
