**Job Title: Machine Operator** Job Description We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join a leading manufacturer and distributor of plastics. This role involves operating equipment that produces plastic bags and films, supporting industries such as postal, waste, and medical. Responsibilities + Operate blowing film equipment effectively. + Run and oversee the machine operations for plastic bag and film production. + Perform basic troubleshooting, including shutting machines off when necessary. + Assist in the training on forklift operations, with no prior experience required. + Handle plastic film for mail and manufacture coloscopy bags. Essential Skills + Experience in machine operation is required. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic machinery issues. + Familiarity with hand and power tools for production tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in material handling and assembly processes. + Understanding of quality control and general production practices. + Knowledge of blueprint reading and use of measuring tools like tape measures and calipers is advantageous.
