Job Description
Collaborate with a team to set up and operate CNC equipment for the production of parts. Assist in the setup process involving tooling, calibration, and ensuring the tolerance of large-run parts. Work alongside team members to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues.
ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC equipment for production.Assist with the setup process for tooling and calibration.Ensure tolerances of large-run parts are met.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues.Essential SkillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints.Mechanical aptitude.Previous CNC operating experience.Experience with precision measuring equipment.Knowledge of GD&T, CMM, and Statistical Process Control.Familiarity with tooling and Lock Out/Tag Out procedures.Understanding of LEAN principles.Proficiency in using height gauges.Additional Skills & QualificationsEducation from a machining school is a plus.Experience in advanced manufacturing processes.Knowledge of quality control and GD&T.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
