**Manufacturing Lead** **Pay:** $30-36.85 **Shift:** 5:30 AM - 4 PM, M-Th + Fri & Sat Overtime **Location:** Redmond, WA **Job Description** Join our team as a Manufacturing Lead, where you will support production, business, and various processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. You will engage in cross-functional activities including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process re-engineering. This role involves facilitating self-directed work teams, providing training to teams and peers, and interacting with internal and external customers for product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. This position requires experience and specialized education or training, with clearly defined procedures and guidelines to aid decision-making. **Responsibilities** + Support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. + Engage in production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process re-engineering. + Facilitate self-directed work teams and provide training to teams and peers. + Interact with internal and external customers for product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement. + Apply knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education, or training to carry out assigned tasks. + Make judgments based on practice and previous experience. **Essential Skills** + 5 or more years of experience in a similar role. + Proficiency in assembly and mechanical assembly. + Strong supervisory skills. + Experience in production planning and scheduling. + Familiarity with quality management systems and materials management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in production planning and control. + Knowledge of total quality management, systems, and manufacturing. + Skills in equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process re-engineering. **Why Work Here?** Experience a long-term opportunity with an award-winning company.
