**Job Title:** Manufacturing Lead
**Location:** Rocky View County, AB
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to join their team. As a Manufacturing Lead, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Ensure efficient application of people and resources to meet delivery requirements while achieving quality and safety standards.
+ Manage team adherence to defined manufacturing procedures and compliance with quality requirements.
+ Conduct training for operators on products and processes within the local team.
+ Monitor production throughput against stated capacity targets and manage work order closures.
+ Identify and deploy technical skill sets and resources to deliver projects effectively.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 1 year related experience in a manufacturing production environment.
+ Experience in leading small group activities to drive improvement ideas.
+ Extensive knowledge of processes and procedures in assigned areas.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
