Eli Lilly Italia is looking for a candidate to join the Manufacturing Finance department as part of a 6‑month extracurricular internship in the role of Manufacturing Finance Intern. The internship offers the opportunity to develop technical and business skills in a dynamic, international environment, supporting Finance operations at the Sesto Fiorentino site.
The Manufacturing Finance team supports site operations through activities such as cost control, cost analysis, investment management, and the development of digital tools to enhance decision‑making processes. The intern will gain exposure to strategic projects and cross‑functional collaboration, working closely with international teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Services Tracking
Development and maintenance of monitoring tools for service-related spendingPeriodic updates of reports and datasetsCost Controlling – Capital Projects
Monitoring project costs and variance analysisSupport to potential applications for public fundingCapitalization Forms Process
Collection, organization, and verification of data needed for investment requestsPreparation of documentation supporting managerial decision-makingDigital Tools and Power BI
Updating existing reporting toolsSupporting the design and implementation of new digital solutions (dashboards, automations, data models)Required Qualifications
Completed Master’s Degree preferredAcademic background in Economics, Management, Engineering, and MathematicsExcellent knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelFamiliarity with Power BI or other data visualization toolsFluent English (written and spoken)Soft Skills
